Staff survey

This assignment should be attempted at the end of Activity 4.

What to do:

1. Click here to open the assignment template.
2. Design and conduct an ICT use and perception survey amongst staff and learners at your school. If your school does not have ICT facilities, concentrate on how staff and learners perceive the value of ICT.
3. Analyse the results and identify a basic strategy that recognizes and addresses your main challenges in developing a shared vision for ICT at your school.

This analysis document should be no fewer than 600 words long.

Assessment criteria for Assignment 1
You designed a survey for staff and learners which is concise and well-designed for easy implementation and completion. It is focused on identifying possible issues with implementing a shared vision.	Maximum of 30
Your analysed the survey and identified the main challenges. You analysis seeks to clarify all the findings of the survey. In the process you succeed in identifying at least 3 issues that may poses challenge for implementing a shared vision.	Maximum of 30
You devised a basic strategy for developing a shared vision. In this strategy you identify plans of action to respond to the challanges that you identified in your analysis. You make clear recommendations for a plan of action.	Maximum of 40

What to submit:

Submit your survey document with a summary of the responses. Save this in a file called Country_Module9_YourName_Survey, and replaceCountry with your country name and YourName with your own name.
